Stellekaya Cellar

Stellekaya is located in an old brandy cellar, within walking distance from the Stellenbosch town centre. The cellar had been completely renovated and has a capacity of about 20,000 cases (6 x 750ml) of premium red wine a year. All of our production is made using the traditional 'pigeage', punch down method in open fermentation bins. The fruit is cooled on arrival and a cold maceration process is applied to ensure that the fruit flavors are captured prior to fermentation taking place.
