Cook-off for the Inter Hotel Challenge - Aug 2013

The Interhotel Challenge is a wonderful initiative by Showcook partners Annette Kesler & Chania Morritt-Smith. The challenge gives budding chefs and wine stewards an opportunity to shine. The Cook-Off took place at the South African Chefs Academy (SACA) on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th August 2013. Judy Brower (wine.co.za) attended the Thursday event and it was tough competition all round.
