Signal Gun is a relatively new winery in Durbanville, and it is the only wine farm where you can have lunch, go on a game drive, taste and buy some great wines AND see a cannon being fired! They have a new delicious sweetish Hanepoot & Sauvignon Blanc called a Muy-Scatty which caused much amusement with us all trying to pronounce it! This year sees just 300 bottles of their first MCC - a delicious classic bubbly.
