The last Conversations event for 2015 and we were treated to a sabrage and a delightful account from Takuan von Arnim from Haute Cabriere, where they make delicious Pierre Jourdan bubbles! Takuan explained how his dad Achim decided to buy a farm in 1994 and just went to the bank to say they needed to fund it! Haute Cabriere's wines are sold almost exclusively in South Africa, so really supporting their fans here.
