Winetech2016 studygroup1

The Winetech 2016 study groups, both Afrikaans and Xhosa groups, started in May in 9 regions. They focused in the 1st study group on Chenin Blanc and cultivar identification, as well as basic wine making procedures, wine styles, preparation of sweet wines and new techniques and additives. The cellar workers tasted a wooded and unwooded Chenin. The next session will focus on Sauvignon Blanc.
