The Cape Town Provincial SAWTC was held on Saturday the 6th of August at the Taj Hotel in the heart of the Mother City. For the fourth year, wine lovers, both amateurs and professionals, could challenge their palates and put their taste to the test. We were delighted to have a number of Cellarworkers attending for the first time - from the Circle of Excellence - part of the WineTech Study Groups & Vinpro training.
