The second session of the Winetech 2017 study groups are underway. The year's overall theme of wood in wine continues to be the focus: The influence of wood on wine, compiling a maturation programme, stacking and filling of barrels as well as the controls during barrel maturation. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot feature as well as wine tasting.
