Lourensford a destination for your bucket list

Lourensford Wine Estate has undergone an incredible re-birthing and their gardens are absolutely stunning!
Driving in to the farm on a hot spring Friday afternoon, I was delighted to see lots of little people enjoying the custom-designed contained grassy fountain area, running in and out of the water cooling down. I imagine that mid-summer this will be a major hit!
The gardens have undergone a major reconstruction, the Coffee Roastery has expanded to include more food, and next to it a new Lifestyle Healing Hub, which is a great place to spend a day with your mates to have some TLC, from yoga to back rubs and more.

Of course the Millhouse Kitchen is still open for business and we were treated to an incredible menu there, including their signature pork belly, on a bed of sweet potato, which was simply divine.
Do yourself a favour and take a trip up Lourensford Road to the estate and have a full experience from a bespoke chocolate and wine pairing to a massage to the twilight market on Fridays, or a fabulous meal at Millhouse Kitchen.
I believe there is a car museum and brewery near the market, but I did not have time to visit on the day I went to the farm...  so do let us know what you think!
