Visitors can enjoy the unique and acclaimed Jakkalsvlei wines combined with customized cheese platters, delicious build-your own pizzas and gourmet burgers. Jakkalsvlei also have its own craft beer range, the Jackal Lager or Wolf Ale, which is highly recommended by customers.

Renowned chef, Thomas Potgieter, previous executive chef at the Reserve Bank in Johannesburg, heads up the kitchen and has Blackboard Specials on weekends - as the whim takes him - consisting of fresh and seasonal gastronomical treats.

The restaurant itself, with its massive concertina glass doors, overlooks the beautiful valley, the vineyards and the Outeniqua mountains and boats some of the best sunsets the Southern hemisphere has to offer. The restaurant is child friendly and, apart from the large lawn with lush green grass, there is a secure play area to keep the little ones occupied.
