The Paarl Wine Challenge, winners were announced at a glorious lunch at the KWV Cathedral Cellar, prepared by chef Mynardt Joubert. His food is simply divine and the scrummy lamb rib was a perfect blend with the red wines on the table. The Mitre's Edge 2017 Cabernet was one of the top reds and at the Michelangelo awards the next day scooped a Trophy for it too - so clearly they are doing something right!
