The Distell Inter Hotel Challenge regional Cook-Offs took place over four days at leading South African culinary academies.This was the culmination of weeks of mentoring for the 27 teams from their Executive Chefs, F&B Managers and Sommeliers. We were fortunate to have a strong panel of judges on both the food and wine side, each notable in their fields. Saturday 3rd August is the Awards ceremony at the Southern Sun Cape Sun. You can imagine how exciting this will be. A very splendid evening and a fitting finale to the 2019 Distell Inter Hotel Challenge.
