Marizaan is one of the wine guides and explains with some detail the terrior, varietals planted and what they do to keep the baboons at bay! A selection of cheese, charcuterie, biltong and preserves is part of the tasting. For those still feeling peckish, Chef Kyle will impress by showcasing seasonal produce from the area.
