The launch of the new Double Barrel Reserve, celebrated in high style on a perfect autumn day at The Manor at Nederburg in Paarl, was done in collaboration with #localflavour food experts including Richard Bosman of Richard Bosman Quality Cured Meats, Mmabatho Molefe of Emazulwini Restaurant, Andrew Nel of Frankie Fenner Meat Merchants, and Tapiwa Guzha of Tapi Tapi Handmade African Ice Cream.
Chef Mmabatho Molefe wowed guests with a Chicken Feet Terrine with onion mayo, Amasi dressing, fresh tomatoes, red chilies, and brown vinegar jellies. A fantastic presentation of local cuisine, paired beautifully with Nederburg's Chardonnay.
