The Mentors, KWV's premium wine range, unveiled a new look for their range at a fabulous food and wine pairing lunch at Dusk Restaurant in Stellenbosch on Wednesday 29 March. Chefs Callan and Darren prepared a special menu just for the occasion, pairing the wines with Dusk's cuisine. The menu featured interesting, delectable dishes like coal-fired abalone, dry-aged duck, and smoked heirloom squash, that all complemented the wines perfectly. In between courses, winemaker Izele van Blerk introduced the new vintage releases of the existing The Mentors wines as well as the limited-edition newcomer to the range: The Mentors Nebbiolo 2017.
