On Tuesday 20 June 2023, the Winetech Cellar Assistants’ Programme presented a workshop for cellar assistants in the wine industry at Cavalli Estate. These workshops make a considerable contribution to knowledge transfer to senior cellar assistants. The speakers covered a wide range of topics, including regenerative agriculture, training opportunities in the wine industry, wine faults in the cellar and financial fitness.
