A new culinary journey at Paul Clüver: introducing their newly launched Tapas menu

Foodies, we have good news! Paul Clüver Family Wines, in the Elgin Wine Valley, just launched a new Tapas menu. Definitely worth a visit this summer.

The Paul Clüver tasting room and restaurant staff are famous for their hospitality, and they're great bakers too! We kicked off a sunny afternoon at the restaurant with a glass of Chardonnay, of course, and the most delicious homemade country bread with whipped butter and tapenade. You could easily spend an afternoon at the tasting room, grazing on a cheese or charcuterie platter and tasting through the range of Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs, but the new Tapas menu is a must-try this summer.

The Tapas menu is full of fresh, flavourful food with bursts of colour, featuring locally sourced ingredients like famous Elgin free range chicken and farm-raised beef. It's hard to choose a favourite from the menu, but the spice rub sirloin with confit garlic and chermoula was a crowd-pleaser with the slow roasted aubergine and grilled squid dishes hot on its heels. We can wax lyrical about the hake and potato croquet and the crisp potato too, so best to try them all!

Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy you cheese cake, a Clüver family recipe, and vanilla panna cotta at Paul Clüver, and that's basically the same thing.

Plan your visit to Paul Clüver, their Tapas is available from Tuesdays to Sundays. Click HERE to view the menu.
