BLOEM Restaurant, the latest addition to Bertus Basson’s restaurant portfolio, led by head chef Carla Burger, is located at Paul Clüver Family Wine Estate in Elgin. The focus? Fresh, locally sourced ingredients, hearty breakfast dishes, and very tasty sharing plates. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted – not just a delight for the palate but also a feast for the eyes (my camera certainly agreed!). With a menu that changes with the seasons, there’s always something new and exciting to discover. And, of course, every bite pairs beautifully with Paul Cluver Wines’ great wines!
