Gone are the days of old-fashioned dark tasting spaces. I was delighted to pop in to DTK Wines recently and the tasting room has undergone an entire overhaul. Fresh, modern, light, stylish, child-friendly, mountain biking trails, Ou Meul, friendly faces and a really lovely experience. So next time you are driving through the Huguenot Tunnel on the N1 out of Cape Town - take a right towards Rawsonville and stop for a relaxing tasting and / or lunch under the trees.
