Landscape artist Strijdom van der Merwe created a 15 m x 3 m sculpture from used wine bottles to launch the 4th Helderberg Wine Festival on 6 October at Equitania Wines off the Bredell Rd. Nearly 30 of the winemakers participating in the festival turned up to help him pack the last few bottles. The sculpture is visible from the road or can be viewed close-up during the festival from 20-23 October
