Flowering of the vines at Rijk's

WE'RE IN FULL BLOOM! This warm weather is doing absolute wonders for the grapevines. We are now officially in the ?flowering? stage of the vine. Ever wondered if grape flowers smell? Yes, they do! The unique smell however comes from the pollen, not the petals like most flowers. It's sort of green and herbal, but slightly sweet and sickly with a touch of dried flowers and honey.

We're in full bloom!
