A wonderful day was spent with media at Buffet Olives in Paarl where we were taught about the different cultivars grown for the production of their table olives. We were met with panoramic views of the Paarl Valley, an informative tour of their production area and a hearty lunch at the neighbouring farm, Cascade Manor.
