The Cape Wine Academy has been through many challenges and I was delighted to be with the principal Heidi Duminy and many other supporters and previous principals as they cur the ribbon to the opening of their new premises in the heart of Stellenbosch, in the Oude Postkantoor building upstairs. It is a relatively small but inspiring space, honouring the 100+ Cape Wine Masters and creating a shared workspace where passionate winos can gather and connect.
