The Stellenbosch Cabernet Collective's annual 'Cabernet Through the Ages' wine tasting event took place on the evening of Thursday 3 August 2023, during the Wine Town Stellenbosch week, at Waterford Estate, Stellenbosch. Guests had the opportunity to meet the winemakers and sample over 60 Cabernet Sauvignon wines on display. The event showcased a current vintage and an older interesting vintage for tasting from each Stellenbosch Cabernet member winery. With warm weather, lots of wine lovers in attendance, fantastic music by local singer-songwriter Lize Mynhardt, and incredible wines, the evening was a massive success.
