De Grendel have released a new star into their already magical wine collection. This newcomer will sadly meas the retirement of the Winifred (their chardonnay, Semillon and Viognier blend) but, as Winemaker Elzette du Preez explained, the Chardonnay is so healthy, so good, it's a shame to blend it.With the launch came a 3 course lunch from chef Ian Bergh - don't the pics just make you salivate!
