Hannes Myburgh is a humble man who is quietly taking his father's dream to fruition. With the slightly slimmer winemaker taking over after Giorgia dalla Cia, Chris Williams is doing an excellent job at carrying the flag further. This tasting of 30 years of Rubicon was an eye-opener for me with wines of 15-20 years old being fresh and full of body.
