The media were introduced to the new delightful chef at a lunch on Friday 29th July at Catharina's at Steenberg. Archie is a Scotsman and I discovered that not only is he quite serious about his tartan and clan, but he has it tattooed too! Don't ask where! Archie spent a few years at Singita and he seems to have brought the wildlife back with him to the Cape - as we were treated to unusual crocodile and zebra for lunch! Not your everyday meals!
