As a result of an M&S Plan A conference in 2015, Simon Grier of Villiera met with Mr Joseph Jacobs, operations leader SA of Emerging Leaders and a plan was set in motion. Two teams of roughly 30 people in each, made up of Villiera Cellar and Vineyard staff, attended this course during March/April 2016. The balance of our staff will complete the courses as soon as we find a gap that causes least disruption (probably straight after harvest 2017).
