The Durif Rose is a unique wine being, to our knowledge, the only Rose made from this cultivar on the market. It is quite pink due to the very dark colour of the grape skins. The wine spends literally only minutes in contact with the skins otherwise it would be too dark. The flavours are very special - dry but fruity with strong berry undertones. We do our own growing of the grapes on the farm and Stellenzicht Cellar do our vinification under the control of Cellar Master Guy Webber.
