The KwaZulu-Natal Orientation Class for the Cape Legends & Artisan Inter Hotel Challenge 2017 was held in March at the Durban ICC. The competition is organised by Showcook.com and serves to improve tourism through raising standards of hospitality at hotels in South Africa, through knowledge and service ethic - both in the kitchen and on the floor. Wine stewards and young chefs compete and learn throughout the year and win incredible prizes. This is the 5th year that this competition is running and already almost a hundred young professionals have had an opportunity to participate and grow through this exciting program.
