On the Friday before Heritage Day and #tastesunshine, we celebrated our South African heritage together here at the wine.co.za office. For our Heritage Day feast, each of us brought our favourite traditional South African dish or treat. Frank, for instance, brought us tasty pap with Amasi, while Lizette brought us a milktart. Zikhona, the PYDA student who's currently working for us as part of the academy's work placement program, treated us to homemade steamed bread. We paired our food with wine, of course: Bosman Optenhorst Bushvine Chenin Blanc 2019 and Spier 21 Gables Pinotage 2016.
