On Monday, 26 February, Erica and Jeanine joined Gary Jordan, Jacques Steyn, and Sjaak Nelson on Jordan Wine Estate for their annual Harvest Lunch. We took a behind-the-scenes look at the 2024 harvest with a tour of the wine cellar. Here, we tasted grapes and fermenting juice, which gave us a new perspective on the winemaking process. We also tasted through some of the latest vintage releases. The event concluded with a harvest-style lunch at The Cellar Door at Jordan, were we sat outside taking in the beautiful view of the dam and the Stellenbosch Valley as we indulged in delicious food and wine.
