Harvest has officially started at Zevenwacht Wine Estate, and we’ve already picked 4.5 tons of Chardonnay for our Cap Classique, marking our fourth vintage in production! The grapes are looking excellent, with even ripening, healthy fruit, and great acidity thanks to the warm, dry conditions. This year is especially exciting as we’ll be releasing our first Cap Classique, part of our Z Collection range.
