I recently attending a tasting at the Terra del Capo tasting room at Anthonij Rupert Wyne near Franschhoek for the Interhotel Challenge Wine Steward candidates as part of their Grape to Glass experience. I had not been to the venue for ever and was really blown away but the loveliness and variety of product available. Not only can you have delicious wine in delightful floral packaging, but also purchase beautiful homeware, have a delicious coffee and view the bottling line in production. There is a private tasting room as well as horse-shoe tasting room upstairs, from where the production facility is in full view - really useful to see work in progress.
