Sakkie Kotze, winemaker at Stellenbosch estate Le Bonheur since 1993, recently treated a small media group to a vertical tasting of ten vintages of Prima, his signature red blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. With fires crackling in the gracious Cape Dutch manor house, guests tasted their way through the 1995, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 vintages of the only blend produced by Le Bonheur.
