Wine.co.za attended the launch of Strijdom van der Merwe's Eco Artwork in anticipation of the Helderberg Wine Festival. It is a 15m x 3m sculpture, made from recycled wine bottles, that can be viewed at Equitania Wines off the Bredell Road. Nearly 30 of the winemakers participating in the festival turned up to help him pack the last few bottles.
